Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a refundable item, regular priced, and in its original condition - unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Non-refundable items include vintage bags, phone cases, and handkerchiefs. To check if the item falls under one of these non-refundable categories, please refer to the product information tab on the product page. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping Cost

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Process

1. Request a return within 7 days of the delivery date by sending your return request (including your order number) to order@flamonde.com.

2. We will send you the return instructions via email.

3. You have 14 days to send your return package from the date you receive your package.

4. Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product condition and may refuse the refund if it is not in its original condition.

5. Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your refund. The transaction process may take a few days depending on your credit card company.

6. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

7. You will be credited back on your original form of payment. Original shipping cost will be deducted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the product you receive is incorrect or defective. Please send an email (including your order number and the reason for exchange) to order@flamonde.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we verify your claim, we will send you a replacement item.
