We do not offer gift orders at the moment. However, we take pleasure in treating every single order placed as a gift to our customers.

Where are products shipped from?

All items are shipped with care from our warehouse in San Diego, California.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards yet. We will definitely consider it for your convenience in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made with debit cards and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Union Pay). We also accept online payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will out-of-stock items return?

We cannot guarantee that all out-of-stock items will return. Availability may vary for each product. Should you wish to know when a product will be restocked, please send us an email.

Why does the actual product color look slightly different from the website image?

Product images may not accurately represent the actual product. The color of the actual product may slightly differ from the images due to lighting, angle, and color capabilities of your screen display.

Is everything a Japanese product?

Yes, all items here are made by Japanese brands.

Does "Japanese products" mean they are made in Japan?

Our products are genuine Japanese products from Japanese brands, but they are not necessarily made in Japan. Please find the country of origin under the product information tab.
